1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sanhu Trader (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform.

2. Service Description

Sanhu Trader is a community platform designed for retail traders, offering the following features:

• Upload and share trading statement screenshots
• Post trading stories, loss experiences, and other trading-related content
• Interact with other users (hugs, comments)
• Receive or send Web3 cryptocurrency donations
• Browse educational articles in the Trading Academy

3. Account Registration and Management

• You must create an account through a third-party authentication service supported by the Platform (e.g., Google, GitHub)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any activity conducted through your account is considered to be performed by you
• You must provide truthful and accurate information and update it promptly when changes occur
• Each user may only hold one account
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content (text, images, etc.) you post on the Platform. However, by posting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

You agree not to post illegal content, infringing content, personal privacy information, malicious code, spam, pornographic or violent or discriminatory content, impersonating content, or specific stock buy/sell recommendations. The Platform reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Behavior

When using the Platform, you agree not to engage in the following behaviors:

• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform in any way
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (such as bots or crawlers) to access the Platform in bulk
• Spread false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal activity

6. Web3 Cryptocurrency Donations

The Platform provides a feature for users to send cryptocurrency donations to each other. Cryptocurrency donations are direct transactions between users; the Platform only provides the technical interface and does not participate in the custody or transfer of funds. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. The Platform is not responsible for cryptocurrency value fluctuations or transaction losses. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions regarding cryptocurrency.

7. Investment Disclaimer

All content on the Platform (including but not limited to user posts, trading statements, Trading Academy articles, and comments) is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, analysis, recommendations, or solicitation. The Platform is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner. Investing involves risk, including the risk of losing your principal. All investment decisions should be made by the investor at their own discretion and risk. If you need financial advice, please consult a qualified financial advisor.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, code, logo, brand name, and content created by the Platform's team are protected by intellectual property laws. Without the prior written consent of the Platform, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the Platform's intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including investment losses based on Platform content, third-party service failures, and unauthorized account access.

10. Account Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm other users' interests, or when required by law or regulation. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us. After account termination, data processing will follow our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Platform after the Terms are amended constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
